Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

JayBud Contracting will offer a refund of your deposit upon request up to 48 hours before project start date. If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of the project, we will not refund your deposit under any circumstance. Once work has begun, our contracting company will not give any refunds. Customers must approve all project proposals and materials before work begins.

We provide a warranty for our services and guarantee that we will correct any defects that arise within 1 year from the project completion date.

This does not include: unforseen circumstances such as weather related, acts of nature, or third-party issues, damage or issues that existed prior to the project being started, and failure to maintain and upkeep.
